At Al-Ihsan Girls’ School and Orphanage in Bangladesh is a Contractor of AIOFL, AUSTRALIA. It has a dedicated team of professionals working towards creating a brighter future for underprivileged women and children in Bangladesh.
ABOUT US
Al Ihsan Social Development Center (AISDC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting orphan and needy children and underprivileged Muslim women in Bangladesh. AISDC, Bangladesh is a “Contractor” of Al Ihsan Orphans’ Foundation Limited. Since January 2004, AISDC, Bangladesh has been working tirelessly to improve the lives of these individuals and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.
At AISDC, we understand that the number of homeless and needy women in Bangladesh is on the rise due to natural disasters such as floods, cyclones, tornadoes, and river erosion. These women are facing not only homelessness but also a lack of safety and security on the streets. It is our mission to provide them with an opportunity to learn about Islam and develop their Islamic personality through primary education and hands-on job training.
We believe that by providing these women with proper education, we can empower them to lead a dignified life and provide a brighter future for their children and families. Our women’s chapter, Al Ihsan Girls’ School and Orphanage, has been making a difference in the lives of these women since its inception.
We are proud of the consistent growth and accomplishments we have made since our humble beginnings in a small Tin-shed house with 30 students. Our goal is to continue providing education and job training to underprivileged women, knowing that the impact will be felt not only by the women themselves but also by their children and future generations to come.

- Provide accommodation and holistic care for orphans and vulnerable children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Advance education by supporting orphans and underprivileged children through access to quality schooling, learning resources, and mentoring opportunities.
- Relieve poverty and distress among orphans, widows, and disadvantaged families by providing essential needs such as food, shelter, clothing, and healthcare.
- Advance social and community welfare by empowering the families and guardians of orphans through awareness, counselling, and support programs.
- Build, operate, and maintain orphan care homes, accommodation facilities, and educational centres to ensure sustainable, long-term support for children in need.
- Support vocational training and livelihood programs for older orphans and youth to enhance their employability, independence, and long-term self-sufficiency.
- Promote integrity, compassion, and self-reliance within vulnerable communities through community engagement and values-based development initiatives.
